Welcome, I’m Marian
As a therapist (LMFT 142809), published writer, and PhD student in integrative healing and depth psychology, I work at the intersection of psychological healing and compassionate storytelling.
Over seven years supporting people living with chronic mood disorders and complex PTSD, I’ve wrestled with what it means to hope and heal. My work is shaped by the remarkable individuals I’ve encountered, by my own mental health journey, and by my experience as a Taiwanese American daughter of immigrants.
In my clinical articles, I explore the human stories beneath diagnostic labels, combining evidence-based perspectives with honest reflection. In my personal essays, I write about intergenerational trauma, family reconciliation, healing, and learning to trust our inner wisdom.
My hope is to encourage you as you integrate difficult experiences and continue to cultivate a rich, compassionate inner life.
